Prepress stage

The first place your checked and approved PDF will go is to the prepress department, where it will be turned into a printing plate.

The equipment used is a Fuji LUXEL V8 violet B1 typesetter with Glunz & Jensen FCF 125V, plus a Hewlett-Packard Design Jet 4500 and Hewlett Packard Design Jet 5500 for instant four-colour paper-proofing.

Before any printing begins, you will receive a final webproof for you to confirm.

You will be able to check it thoroughly so that you can guarantee it is error-free.

After that, printing begins, followed by the binding process of your choice being applied to the printed pages.

Delivery is on a palette or palettes. Books can be sealed in plastic wrapping either individually or in bulk, or they can be hand-packed into cardboard boxes. The palettes are shipped out to you for door-to-door delivery to your location.
