Upload your print-ready PDF

Please follow these easy-to-follow instructions to ensure the upload of your print-ready PDF is a simple and quick process.

1. To upload your file, you will need an ftp program. If you have one of your own, that's fine, but if not, then we recommend that you use a shareware program called Total Commander, which is easy to download from their web site, via this link.
2. Total commander will require very minimal setting up, so just follow the instructions that come with it. It will be on a 30-day trial period but will work just as well after that period has expired.
3. We will email you the access details to our ftp server.
4. When you are ready and you have the access details, log onto our ftp server and upload your file(s), usually by dragging and dropping them into the folder (in the same way that you can use Windows Explorer to drag and drop files on a pc).
5. Wait until the upload has completed and then log off.
6. Let us know the files are available. Regular clients will retain the same log-in details for the future, so keep them handy.
